Production

Below you find more detailed information about our Production process and the steps we take before the cameras start rolling.

In order to be considered for a Premiere television or film production, you must successfully pass two tryouts with our CEO Michael Palance. First tryouts take place on Saturday and second tryouts take place on Sunday. We do not currently offer any assessments during the week as we dedicate that time to production. Those that successfully complete a second tryout, will move into the pre-production stage and begin working with our staff to get ready for production.

Pre-Production

Pre-production meetings take place over video call within a few days of successfully completing a second tryout. These meetings are to work with our writing team and other cast members in preparation for production. Our writers will get to know the cast and begin to incorporate story outlines which will result in a shooting script before production begins.

Celebrity

Over the many years of production, we have brought in Disney actors to work with our cast live over video call. In the past we have had Miranda May “Bunk’d” and Sofia Wylie “Andi Mack” help give tips and advice. This unique opportunity allows the cast to get up close and personal with one of today’s most influential and successful young stars in entertainment.

Production

We prepare each performer and write roles based on their personalities rather than try to find an actor to fit a role. This results in a performance that is close to the actors real life persona and makes for a more natural performance. Our productions focus on family, faith and education. The subscribers to Premiere Plus reside in over 100 countries around the world.
